Nia for Girls Instructor
Ginger discovered Nia in early 2014 while searching for a new, non-competitive way to exercise. She quickly fell in love with the practice of Nia, the peaceful environment and the incredible community that encouraged her own unique self-expression as a way of life.
Through her practices of Nia and yoga, Ginger has benefited physically, mentally and emotionally and has found the freedom to express herself on and off the dance floor. As a Certified Nia White Belt instructor, Ginger is passionate about sharing the joy of movement with others and helping them discover their own true happiness and freedom. She is especially excited to focus on sharing Nia with the next generation of students.
