Robin has been life long advocate of health and wellness and has been teaching Pilates in a studio setting since 2010. She developed her passion for Pilates after stepping into her first Pilates mat class in 2007 and was hooked.
When the opportunity came up to earn teaching licenses in Mat, Reformer, and Spine Corrector, Robin was all in. She went on to complete the comprehensive Pilates program with the Ron Fletcher® Program of Study in 2012.
Robin's road to Pilates has been paved with a foundation in other fitness disciplines. She became an ACE certified personal trainer, Johnny G Spinning® instructor, and completed 200 hours of yoga training through Yogafit®. She also holds a Doctor of Public Health degree in Health Promotion and Education.
Robin strongly believes that Pilates can benefit all individuals, regardless of their current level of fitness. She says, "Pilates is an amazing form of movement that can improve and enrich our mental and physical lives."
