Reiki and Transformational Breath® with Adelle Brewer
Reiki is a Japanese technique of applying and balancing energy or electrical patterns, addressing the body, mind and spirit. A Reiki treatment is given by a Reiki practitioner placing hands on or above parts of the receiver's body. Reiki is gentle and non-intrusive and brings wholeness to the recipient and the Reiki practitioner. A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that surrounds and flows through the recipient. Reiki treats the whole person and creates many beneficial effects including relaxation and feelings of peace, security, and well-being. Massage Therapy with Todd Morgan
Todd Morgan has been a massage therapist for 16 years. Todd studied massage therapy as an avenue to help people’s body to heal themselves, making a difference in their lives. He relocated to San Antonio 7 years ago, joining us from Los Angeles, California.
Todd is a strong therapist. He is great at deep tissue work and very intuitive in his practice. One of his specialties is the neck, which tends to affect the shoulders, arms and back. Other areas where he is masterful are the lower back, glutes, hips, and sciatica nerve issues.
Todd is also a breath coach, through Transformational Breath®. Do you need more energy, need some help dealing with stress or anxiety? This work can make a difference! Increasing oxygen flow, and creating a more effective breathing pattern can be transformational in many areas of our lives.
Todd works with the whole person. He always brings his heart and intuition to the massage table, and is very open to client’s physical, as well as emotional needs. He finds that holding onto an injury, or guarding, is many times the cause of chronic issues. Working with people to release and let go, his clients are able to find the inherent natural healing of their body.

Yoga Stretch with Rob Hernandez
Yoga Stretch is an assisted restorative yoga session where the yogi performs a slow stretching technique with you, the client. You'll leave feeling relaxed, energized, and more capable of free movement. If your low back, neck, or shoulders ache, a Yoga Stretch session may be what you need.
The fee for an hour session is $65.
