Molly is a free spirit. Most days you will find her barefoot, reading with her son and hanging with one of her many pets. Yoga came into Molly’s life over a decade ago. In 2007, she traveled to Radha Madhav Dham ashram in Austin to train with Living Yoga Program. There she gained a foundation for her desire to share her love of yoga.

Molly continues to deepen her understanding and knowledge of the healing power of yoga. She enjoys adapting her class by using a combination of holding and flowing poses with a special focus on breath work. Molly is a firm believer in modifications and variations in her practice, as every student is different and each day is different for every student. She strongly believes that everyone can benefit from yoga.

Molly enjoys teaching yoga to adults and children. Children’s yoga builds self-confidence and allows them to channel their feelings through breath and movement. Molly loves yoga and it is evident in the practice she shares with her students. Whether Molly is teaching adult or children’s yoga, yoga should be fun and welcoming to everybody!
