Practicing ballet throughout high school and college, Leia has always been drawn to the art of movement. She has been practicing yoga for over 10 years when she started going to classes in her home city of Dallas. Since starting yoga at the age of 15, she was hooked.
Leia has found that yoga is a beautiful method of finding peace and strength no matter what was going on in her life or in the world. She decided to become a yoga instructor to share that peace with her students and help them to become the happiest, healthiest versions of themselves.
