Lauren discovered her love of yoga during her college years. Yoga's benefits helped her through the stresses of that time. After graduation, she began working at Yoga Yoga in Austin, where she has completed over 600 hours of training in hatha flow, prenatal, and therapeutic yoga. She moved to San Antonio in 2013 and has loved becoming a part of its yoga community. Her classes emphasize personal nourishment, self care, and life-long health, and she likes to incorporate breathing and meditation into every class.
