Yoga Level 1 : Every class is suitable for your first experience with Yoga or for those with more experience. Classes offer basic instruction with detail to establish a good foundation for developing your Yoga practice.

Yoga Level 1/2: Yoga for new students, or students who want to continue at the beginning level.

Yoga Level 2/3: Includes headstands and handstands. Backbends are introduced.

Introduction to Yoga : This class provides a basic introduction to yoga breathing and movements that develop flexibility, strength, balance, and proper alignment. This is the starting point for all those new to yoga or simply wanting a basic yoga class.

Gentle Yoga:This class focuses on relaxation and gentle stretching. It will incorporate breathwork, restorative poses using props, and various techniques for stress reduction. It is appropriate for students with limitations including wrist, shoulder and knee injuries. It is a good starting point for anyone new to yoga or those preferring a gentle lunch time class.

Restorative Yoga: Shrug off the day's stress and renew yourself!


Mat Pilates: Matwork will combine the Joseph Pilates classics with the contemporary work of First Generation teacher Ron Fletcher and Master Teacher, Pat Guyton. A Pilates practice benefits clients with a body that is much stronger, more flexible and better balanced. The class is taught so that all levels will receive a motivating and challenging workout.

Introduction to Mat Pilates: This series is based on Joseph Pilates’ 34 mat exercises presented in Return To Life, published in 1945. The class will explore Pilates fundamentals for audible breath, posture and alignment, simple to complex movement and spinal mechanics. The class will have an experience of each exercise. This workshop is ideal for beginners as well as intermediate to advanced students/instructors seeking to execute the Pilates method with more precision and grace.


African Dance: Learn dances from West Africa and experience a great, fun way to work out! For beginners to advanced, this class format utilizes jazz technique in the warm up, abdominal workout and stretch, and then moves into traditional dances from West Africa,
featuring local drummers-Djembe and DunDun players! Be ready for a great workout! Wear work out or dance clothes, lappa or fabric wrapped around your waist, and bare feet. Robin brings 20 years experience in dance and fitness to her energetic classes! Fitness, Culture, Fun!

Continuum Movement: This movement class begins with breath work, sounding and movement geared at stimulating your fluid system. By feeling your inner wave motion, you will learn new ways to move on a chair. By focusing your attention on the breath and inner fluid movement, you will build strength and become physically and mentally aware of your ever-changing relationship to gravity.

Together, we will discover many ways to nurture creative visualization, which is essential to healing. We will also access our playful spirits and create an environment where self-guided healing can flourish and enhance other healing modalities. This work creates a resonant field, which deepens our connection to spirit. Over time the classes can evolve their own layering of needs depending on the level of engagement and the needs of the group.
