REIKI
Reiki is a Japanese technique of applying and balancing energy or electrical patterns, addressing the body, mind and spirit. A Reiki treatment is given by a Reiki practitioner placing hands on or above parts of the receiver's body. Reiki is gentle and non-intrusive and brings wholeness to the recipient and the Reiki practitioner. A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that surrounds and flows through the recipient. Reiki treats the whole person and creates many beneficial effects including relaxation and feelings of peace, security, and well-being. It restores the natural energy balance in the body; provides deep relaxation, evokes a sense of peace and well-being; brings mental clarity, insights and vivid images; and compliments the healing properties of other medical treatments and therapies.

ROLFING
Rolfing Technique: Myofascial techniques (hands on body) and movement techniques (coordination and and physical education) are used to organize and integrate human connective tissue (muscles, ligaments, and fascia, etc).
Our brains are very busy monitoring our physical body and its movements. As the body is more and more organized through Rolfing one gains a greater awareness of their physical self. Coordination, stamina, physical ease, and posture improve.
Organization implies better communication with all the parts, muscles and brain and fascia.
More communication occurs with body language than verbally. Rolfing can have a profound effect on psychology. As posture changes, posturing changes. As physical ease increases, psychological ease increases. As coordination improves, self demonstrations of competency occur and self image is revised.
