Audrey was a classical ballet dancer for 15 years. After an injury, she stopped dancing and began practicing yoga to maintain her strength and flexibility, however, she found much more than physical benefits in her practice. Yoga, to Audrey, is a way of life, a way to become centered and live consciously.
After practicing for 5 years she moved to Hawaii, where she received her yoga teacher training with Yandara Yoga Institute. She began teaching yoga on the Big island, HI at Kirpal Meditation and Ecological Center. She enjoys teaching Yin, Restorative and Vinyasa Flow yoga. In her classes she emphasizes presence, listening to your own body, and the power of breath.
