Handbalancing can be a tricky and frustrating skill to achieve. As an avid Handbalancer, Ben would like to share with you the techniques, skills, and drills he has learned through multiple years of training!

Join Ben in this 2-hour workshop as we develop an efficient warm-up, skills and drills to up your current progress, and a deeper understanding at the proper form of a handstand.

As a prerequisite, participants should be comfortable for 5 to 10 seconds upside down either on a wall or self-sufficiently.
